1. General Terms

Welcome to BetJili — an online sports betting and gaming platform built for users across Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and BetJili ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). Please read each section carefully before accessing or using any feature of this site.

• Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings voided.

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party. If BetJili has reason to believe otherwise, the account will be reviewed and may be closed without prior notice.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BetJili are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We support a range of convenient local payment methods to make managing your funds as seamless as possible:

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours depending on the payment method chosen. To protect against fraud, withdrawals can only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, unless a formal change request is verified by our team. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification.

BetJili reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if an account verification is still pending. In such cases, we will communicate with you through your registered contact details.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

BetJili regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and other promotions to both new and existing members. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following general rules always apply:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• BetJili reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while you are actively meeting its wagering requirement, any accrued progress will be honoured proportionally.
• Using multiple accounts, syndicate betting, or any other method to manipulate or exploit a bonus offer will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and can only be claimed once per user, device, and household.

5. Sports Betting Rules

BetJili offers a wide range of sports betting markets, with a particular focus on Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and other domestic and international cricket fixtures. Football, Esports, and other popular sports are also available.

• All bets are final once confirmed. BetJili does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of an obvious technical error on our end.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed on each market and may vary based on event type, user account status, or promotional conditions.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Odds on live markets update in real time, and BetJili reserves the right to suspend or close a live market at any time.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official result at the time of suspension, or voided if no official result is declared within 48 hours.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — BetJili reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A void or cancelled selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs accordingly.
• BetJili monitors all betting activity for signs of match-fixing or unusual wagering patterns. Any account found to be linked to such activity will be immediately suspended and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Casino & Games

BetJili's Game Lobby includes slots, live casino tables, bingo, and instant games. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer setups to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.

• All game results are final and audited. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, stop playing and contact support before continuing. Any wager made during a genuine malfunction will be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpots and special prize pools are subject to their own terms, which are displayed within the individual game or its associated promotion page.
• Game availability may vary based on your location or device type. BetJili is not responsible if a specific game is unavailable in your region.
• Free spin or demo modes are available for select games. Winnings from demo play are not real and cannot be withdrawn.
• BetJili reserves the right to remove or modify games in the lobby at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetJili and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may lead to legal action where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or peer-to-peer games
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or attempts to use BetJili for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using VPNs or proxy services to bypass geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BetJili staff or other users through any channel

8. Account Suspension & Closure

BetJili may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms
• The account is linked to fraudulent activity, identity theft, or financial crime
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or at any point thereafter
• The account holder has been placed on a self-exclusion list or has requested account closure themselves
• Continued use of the account poses a risk to BetJili, its users, or the integrity of the platform

If your account is suspended for a breach of Terms, any balance remaining — including winnings from bonus funds — may be forfeited. You may request a review by contacting our support team. BetJili will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can do so by submitting a closure request through our support channel. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed to your verified payment method.

9. Privacy & Security
